We are offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join our growing team and contribute to some of Malta’s most innovative and technically challenging infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Able to structure projects from design to finish
• Ensure designs comply with applicable planning, building, health and safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in projects.
• Liaise with relevant authorities in relation to planning applications, permits, approvals, and project requirements.
• Identify and address design or technical issues that may arise during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively following up on any delays or outstanding matters.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost considerations, and the evaluation of proposed works.
• Support the Group in evaluating potential developments, refurbishments, alterations, and property improvement projects.
• Ensure high standards of design quality, functionality, and attention to detail throughout each project.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related recognised field.
• Must be a warranted Architect.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant professional experience in an architectural role.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
