Sales Representative

AG Group is a leading Design & Build, Turnkey, MEP and Maintenance Contracting Company employing more than 125 employees. This year, the company has been voted as the best Turnkey, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Maintenance Company in Malta.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will involve selling Maintenance Retainer Agreements to potential customers. 

Responsibilities

-Actively seek out new Maintenance Retainer Agreements opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research

-Conduct pre-research prior to contacting the leads

-Build up a qualified opportunity pipeline

-Understand the services and solutions of the company

-Adopt a consultative selling approach

-Negotiate/close deals

-Achieve growth and hit sales targets

-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

-Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

-Development of existing client databases whilst introducing new ones.

Requirements

– Technical sales background will be considered as an asset

-Strong business sense

-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan, take-off to closure.

– Valid driving license.

-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

-Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

-‘Hunter’ approach in finding new leads

The post is available on a long-term contract basis and a good salary package will be negotiated with the ideal candidate.

Job Training and a Company Culture orientation programme will be given to the right candidate.
